Sky Terrace

High above the resort, breathtaking views of the Gulf and the Intracoastal Waterway make this 16th floor venue truly unique. Our 4,000-square-foot rooftop terrace can accommodate up to 300, whether its morning celebrations with the rising sun or evening events with the sunset as your beautiful backdrop.

Deliver an inspiring presentation to 400 in a theater-style set up, or plan an elegant formal banquet for 270 in our 4,000-square-foot ballroom with vaulted coffered ceilings, recessed spot lighting and muted overhead chandeliers. This versatile space also breaks into Salon A, B and C with sound-proof air walls.

Located on the 8th floor, the 756-square-foot Bayview Room is the perfect setting for seated gatherings of up to 60 or receptions of up to 75 people. Its views of the Intracoastal Waterway plus an additional 85-square-foot private pantry and built-in refrigerator make for a delightfully unique venue.

This collection of 2nd floor breakout rooms ranges from 580 to 1,700 sq ft, including Longboat Key, which can be divided into two rooms. Each venue features adjustable LED lighting, an in-house sound system and unobstructed space. If needed, this space is also an indoor back-up location for our Sky Terrace.

Nothing says Florida like a Clearwater Beach wedding, especially with powdery white sand, turquoise waters and sunsets of orange and lavender as your beautiful backdrop. Put your toes in the sand and say “I Do”, just across the street from the Hyatt. (Guest counts are based on the season and city approval.)

Perched high above the sands, and adjacent to our 8th floor pool, this 950-square-foot room and adjoining 2,500-square-foot wraparound terrace overlooks the Gulf and Clearwater Beach. Combined, they can accommodate up to 120 for a banquet function or 240 for a cocktail reception.

The 3,000-square-foot Belleair Room beautifully accommodates up to 230 attendees. It offers unique lighting, high coffered ceilings and soft hues of gray and blue, while floor-to-ceiling windows and an attached 1,000-square-foot terrace overlook the Gulf and sugar sands of Clearwater Beach.
